Why'd you choose me to document your wedding day?

Are there any special moments or details, big or small, that you want to make sure are captured?

I almost always bring a second-shooter with me to help on the wedding day. Is there any reason you wouldn't want or couldn't accommodate for this person?

Will there be dinner? If so, do you plan to provide meals for me and my second-shooter? Just a heads up - I'm vegetarian! I totally understand that this isn't always easy to accommodate for, so I'm more than happy to pack my own dinner if that makes things easier, just let me know.

Regarding the music for your film, I ask that you leave it up to me! Most popular music isn’t available for licensing, so I spend hours (no joke) searching for the perfect songs for your film on a site called MusicBed. With that being said, if you guys have any favorite genres or songs that are super special to you, let me know as that can help my search. Also, if there are any videos you’ve seen in which you did or did not like the music let me know!

In addition to some other audio equipment I’ll be using, I usually put a small microphone on the groom’s jacket during the ceremony to get good audio of the vows and everything else happening. Is there anything else you want me to mic you guys for? Some people read letters, some couples pray together, some couples do private vows, etc. Let me know if you’re planning for anything like this and I’ll make sure to mic you.

Do you have any specific expectations or requests regarding your video? Or any creative ideas that you think would be cool or were hoping to incorporate? Have you seen anything in other videos that you especially liked or didn’t like? I’ll do my best to give you exactly what you want so don’t be shy I want to hear it!

Depending on the number of hours we decided on, what time would like me to arrive and leave on your wedding day? If you're not sure yet, no worries. We can discuss this as the day gets closer and more details are figured out.
